FOUR NEW BUILD HOUSES IN STRATFORD UPON AVON

Kirk Yates Building laid the brickwork for a project consisting four new build houses in Stratford Upon Avon. Our first task was to lay red engineering bricks from the newly formed concrete foundations up to DPC level.

After the block and beam floor was installed, our next task was to build the walls, consisting block inner skin, insulation to the cavity and red facing bricks outer skin, up to wall plate. Roofing teams constructed the roofs which then allowed us to do the cut ups to finish.

As part of our building work on this project, we also installed the lintels and steels, as well as the stone sills and heads to the windows and bi-folds. Below are photos.
