Welcome to Kirk Yates Building. We are a small but highly skilled and experienced building services company in Walsall, specialising in extensions and brickwork. Headed up by our founder Kirk Yates, our customer focus is primarily domestic and our main area of operations is the West Midlands. But our reputation for producing impeccable workmanship is such that we are regularly approached to work on building projects in and around the London areas.
