FULL BRICKWORK WRAP & BUNGALOW EXTENSION WALSALL
Kirk Yates Building was tasked to fully wrap a bungalow in a new brickwork skin, and to build a bungalow extension with rear facing orangery in Walsall.
Our job was to first take down the existing garage and build the foundations for the side extension and orangery. Once the foundations were in, we laid the courses of blue engineering bricks marking the new overall perimeter around the bungalow, extension and orangery. We then went onto build the extension and fully wrap the bungalow in the new brickwork skin, plus laid the foundations and brickwork to receive an oak framed porch to the front entrance. On completion of the bungalow wrap and extension build, we progressed onto the final stage of the works, building the orangery to the rear. Overall our highly skilled bricklayers in Walsall utilised an estimated 14,000 bricks and carried out intricate detailing in places to produce a gorgeous finish.
